Welcome to Kelp!

The dream all started in 2021 when we bought Dory’s Takeaway, the fish and chip shop next door.

We where presented with the opportunity to do the restaurant too. The prospect couldn’t have been more exciting for us. Being childhood friends creating a space for our friends, family and the public to enjoy and be proud of.

The 3 of us all grew up in the area but moved away and travelled and trained in our professions. Tim - being the Chef, Caia - the hospo super star and James - is the builder.  We designed, built and created the 2 venues together and could not be more excited and proud to share them with you.
